Missing metadata on new Movies added

Thanks for the reply, but this is just a quick test to demonstrate the bug in an easily reproducible system.

I'm not stopping, restarting or recreating the container. I'm just creating some fake files inside the container and showing that emby is losing the metadata when an external subtitle is added. All the fake files are still there.

I assure you the test is valid and I'm no docker newbie I'm a member of linuxserver.io and we publish and maintain well over a hundred docker images including one for emby.

You can try the same steps with a host mounted folder if you like and the result will be exactly the same.
