Live TV Guide different depending on device? Same user

head scratcher here. Full guide shows up on a roku device but not my nvidia shields, shows up on android device at the office so maybe not an android thing?... has anyone experienced this? 

 

even more odd if I go to the channels they show up there?  probably something stupid I am missing somewhere..

Hi, you likely have a filter applied on the Shield.  Check the Live TV filter to see if that's the case.

I would like to think so, but its two different shields, I checked emby theater on my laptop and even the web interface. you could totally be right though. i'll check again

Let us know. If in doubt try and take a pic of the Roku and the Shield Guide and upload them, maybe that will help as well.

Hi. Look at the toolbar above the guide.  Most likely, the heart is red because you have favorites only turned on.

@ebr @cayars interesting. so the xml doesn't specify if they are HD or SD. changing to ANY on the web interface did the trick (like I said duh).
