It appears one of my accounts has been erroneously locked due to three failed attempts from the US, I am in Canada. Do I really need to wait 3 hours or is there a way I can unlock it myself

There is no lock mechanism built into Emby but can be achieved with 3rd party tools.

If this isn't your server, you need to talk to the server administrator to see what they did to lock you out.

This doesn't appear to be a server side issue? Whenever I try to login with user, I am the server admin by the way, it will not accept the username and password and shortly thereafter I get an email from the emby community stating that my account has been locked, and I won't be able to access it for 3 hours.

 

I have tried generating a new password, and I am able to log into the emby forums with no issues.

 

I should State I am getting this error when trying to log into the apps, on all of my mobile devices.

Oh is this using Emby Connect?

What happens if you try to login directly to your server using accounts setup directly on the server?
