Hi,
After upgrading from stable version 4.5.4.0 to 4.6.4.0 I am facing stressful issues in Emby.
It happens that when accessing the emby, several posters are empty, without the images already processed, as can be seen in the image.
Also, an extreme slowness to navigate between the menus and the simple replacement of one poster for another caused the clock to spin for more than 10 minutes and did not process.
I'm accessing the emby remotely, hosted on a VPS I've been using for four years now.
My internet is normal and is at 260MBs.

Hi, Besides what Luke asked for, have you ran a database vacuum lately?

Here is the log link, as it is not possible to send compressed due to excessive file size.
In the log folder I have these 4 files, if you need any other please indicate and I will send them.

Yes, when updating the new emby, the entire library was automatically scanned, yesterday I manually scanned it 3 times and today I also repeated it 3 times and the posters are not displayed.

Also, two new movies I uploaded to the libraries were not processed by the emby.

This is only a three minute log file. Are you sure this is when the problem occurred?

Hi, no.
The log folder remains hundreds of files and deletes all, leaving only the 4 files we see in the image.
What can I do to get you what you need?
Now I accessed the emby directly from the VPS and the problem remains. I did a full rescan but...
1. the posters are still empty, they are just from the movies added yesterday, after the embyserver update.
2. when trying to apply the posters, the emby rotates the clock infinitely and does not download the image.
3. browsing is immensely slow.
Before the update everything was perfect.

Try going to scheduled tasks and run the rotate log job.

Do a full Library Scan from the Library menu.
After this scan completes upload the server log again.

That should give us plenty of detail of the scan process.

Hey,
SOLVED and I leave feedback that may be helpful to some.
My files are on gdrive and I use raidrive to have the virtual disk on the pc (local + vps)
So yesterday I lost the connection with Rai and didn't realize it, so I got logged out.
When doing the full scan of the libraries, I BELIEVE that the emby did not find the location of the sources (I USE SAVE IMAGES AND NFOS IN THE MEDIA FOLDERS) and for that reason the covers were all empty.
I believe the same thing happened when I tried to replace some posters and the emby couldn't process for more than ten minutes as it couldn't access the folders to save the images.
I'm not sure of this cause, but I believe so.
Now the covers are all perfect again, because after logging into the raidrive I redo the full tracking.
