Developing a room / watch together dashboard

Anything new on it? When will it be available in the plugin store to test?

BTW: have you already decided if it will be a offline tool a server owner has to install or if it will be an online dependency?

I think it would be better if Users can install it on their servers, because it makes it independent of other web servers and thus is not affected by failures of other services.

I hope this will see the light of day  soon I am hopeful and look forward to this feature in emby its long over due asked.

Plex has been updated and runing for years, not that I am comparing plex to emby but it help to note that hard core emby lovers are patiently looking forward to so I rub it on my buddy who brages about plex.

I’m guessing this plug-in has been abandoned since the dev hasn’t posted anything regarding it since last July. Sad but sometimes how it goes.

It appear that the tread is not active could be that the project has been paused or suspended can any one reachout to external dev for update.

@downcom created the thread and was last on three days ago, so I find it hard they don't monitor this thread. I assume they're either ignoring it or just not responding.

• Connect users with external dashboard (connect uid's)
• Link devices to user
• Make groups / invite other users
• Sync video with each other or group
• Resync in group
• Groupchat

Possible ideas

• Discord connection (chat, sync, profile pictures) 
• Discord auto voicechannel (only users who are in the group)
• Share this dashboard with the community
