Another Trakt thread

Hi

Haven't had a succesful scrobble to Trakt since june 4th. Tried to delete credentials and re-added several times but nothing.

On Trakt, it shows on my dashboard that I'm currently watching stuff but nothing gets added to my history once I finish.

Took a snippet from the log when I was watching Arrival.

I would say to contact Trakt. They often lock user account's database. Emby seems to be a fairly common target for locks due to excessive hits on the Trakt database. Trakt has once locked my account but they unlocked it when I asked. However they did say it was the Emby plugin that caused several hundreds of accesses and that was why my account got locked.
 

Of course it would be good to first try removing and readding the plugin and then authenticating with your Trakt credentials.

I contacted Trakt and they said I'm not locked out. Tried to remove the whole plugin and not just the configuration but it still doesn't work. It still shows my current playing media on Trakt but nothing added to history.

Seems to be a problem related to the Kodi plugin. It scrobbled right now when I tried the web player.

Try removing whatever that AccountSync plugin is and then those errors should go away.
