Emby added a container folder as a series suddenly - how do i remove it?

So i have my TV shows organized as "tv/a-z/A TV Show/season 1-x" - this has worked fine for a long time but this week suddenly for the "a" folder it added a series:

Why did this happen? Why only for the "a" folder? and how do i fix it and prevent it from happening again?

Has a media file got into that folder by mistake?
