I'm really sorry but, i don't want to be the cause of trouble for the developers of Emby. I'm running through some ideas in my head for a key system for it, sadly such things are easily hacked. At any rate, the plugin should work for a good while still as i don't think Emby still change much in any way that will impact the plugin. Good idea, I might just do that.

Please reduce the connection time required when using a mobile device without an internet connection, as it takes too long to enter offline mode to view content that is already downloaded on the phone or any other mobile device.I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT. GREAT WORK, EXCELLENT APP.

I installed the new 310 stable yesterday and so far the app has launched successfully every time, usually it would crash the first time maybe once a day or something and I don't reboot that often. I don't launch it that often either because I don't main Windows but that was my limited experience and so far it is better. Asked some friends to let me know if they still have issues.

There is a field for it within the Network Settings but with the script doing an auto update to Emby, you do not need to do anything yourself as the update to Emby will be for both the certificate and its password and will be active on the auto restart after the update when Emby Server detects idle state

You can change "Image sIze" under App settings>General tab (you might have to do a hard refresh - Ctrl+F5 - if no change observed).

Hm, not as I read it, I was under the impression that OP thought EHS is Spotlight - but in either case, it needs to be disabled, as you said, in order for any change to be visible.

Or it could be Spotlight, with EHS enabled - which we know do not work together in Luke's implementation of it. In order for you to see the card-style Spotlight, you will need to disable:

I only use the Transcode Notifications and Resolution Blocking features, which would be really nice to be part of the core server, but until that ever happens I hope a minimal version of the plugin can be made available with just what's in the Notifications tab of the plugin.

I just noticed it runs on MacOS now, so, no longer need to use wine. That's a nice addition. I use it a lot to translate graphical subtitles to text subtitles. It's a great app indeed.

Well that was odd, was doing a bit more testing and the old dots were working Whilst the newer dots give the audio not supported error. I tried a reboot to no luck, then one started working and then the other... Either some sort of cache? or emby's awareness of device capabilities was perhaps part of the issue and was fixed whilst i was testing....

Jellyfin is more popular as pirates hate to pay for stuff. Period. The fact it's open source means nothing. Jellyfin is extremely fragmented and still based on Luke's ancient code. Remember, Jellyfin was created because someone didn't like the fact there was a nag screen to pay for an open source product. They created Emby Unlocked and went forward and forked what is now Jellyfin. It's an inferior product that works well enough that people are willing to put up with its issues as it costs them zero dollars, yet costs them time and frustration.

Ok, where do you want me to upload some tracks? How many do you want? What format? I am still at a loss to understand this request. No other tags should affect this issue. You read the tag and use it (or not). What has that to do with any other tag? Most worrying is that my repeated question of whether emby is actually written to use those 'Sort ' tags is still unanswered. What is the point of looking at the files if emby does not read and use those tags. The answer is in emby's code, not in my files. I feel like I'm talking in Martian here as no-one seems to be grasping this. Standard tags, fully documented. Is emby written to use them or not? Simple question for emby devs to answer and doesn't require delving into files. If you look at a file's information in Plex, the 'Sort' fields are displayed and it uses them. In emby I could find no mention of the 'Sort ' tags and certainly they were not being used to sort the lists. So as far as I can tell, no, emby does not read/use the 'Sort ' tags, but why has this not been confirmed and instead I just get apparently pointless requests for files to examine. Does that indicate this capability is being considered as an addition to emby? In the hope that it will spur development of emby to utilising the 'Sort ' tags, just let me know about the files.
