  5. Yes I have the Plus version with the copper coloured top design. If you have a particular VC1 demo in mind I can test it for you. I did use dual boot early on with LibreElec, it worked but I wasn't happy with the performance so I went back to just android. I've not tested this again on Android 14. My main use case for the box is to use the Netflix, Prime, YouTube apps (which all work fine and support 4k and HDR formats etc. only downside is if you're in the UK then iPlayer isn't certified yet). I also have Kodi for ripped media such as dvd's, blurays, 4k encodes etc. - they all work fine. As for audio, every audio format I've got has worked - I bought this box specifically for the Atmos TrueHD pass through capability, the DD+ Atmos works as well. DTS Master X works on the Android 14 builds.

  6. As long as your server does. Emby does not have mood and style support.

  7. Thank you that was it! I appreciate Emby's great support both from the business unit and the community. (Be nice option in the future to be able to adjust those column widths so with few columns checked a person would not need to scroll to the right to get to the fields they want to see).

  8. Good information there, I've only just started looking at HLS Proxy and ThreadFin so it's very useful to know how well the others work. But in response to your m3u editor issues, there is a free plugin on emby 'M3U to STRM' that will download your m3u file either from the internet or a local file, manipulate it by either including/excluding group titles/channel names and then spit out new m3u files to disk, which you could import into another app (or emby itself). The plugin can be run on a schedule to do this automatically. There's a lot of options and flexibility but once you get your initial config sorted it will just run in the background and no need to manually manipulate anything or share your info with anyone.

  10. Five years in, bumping this request: Many users have PDF or txt 'liner notes' files in music album directories. Please implement ability to open those files in the Emby interface, the same way users can view cover and other image files from a track or album's right-click menu.

  13. It uses the tmdb I'd to identify the theme and also uses that in any contribution network upload so a couple of things could be going on. 1 you have the wrong id set for your media item 2 the uploader had the wrong id set for theirs 3 the uploaded just placed the wrong them in the wrong item and uploaded it. I used to provide an automated theme reporting facility would actively take themes out of circulation however it wasn't used once, so I couldn't maintain a feature no one was using. If you delete the them from your collection, the theme won't be deleted again.
