Feature Request: Have User Groups and all settings applied at the Group Level That way you can just assign users to the appropriate Group and all settings will be inheritated.

Also, It would be cool if we have various m3u lists and have the option to choose/assign each m3u list for each user.. Example. In user settings we can choose which library to give them for VOD so this shouldnt be hard enough to do it for live tv too no? I have a fairly large movie collection (5k+) starting with films from the 1920's and in the absence of "smart" playlists how about a filter by decade option? Filtering by year works, but if I want to watch something from say the 1950's I have to start navigating from the 1930's and work my up to the 1950's which is quite a few number of pages. Another option might be to have Years running vertically much like the alphabet when viewing by title.

Hi everyone. I've got a new playlist management plugin that's ready for beta testing. I think it will come in handy for anyone who's tired of manually removing watched items from their 'watchlist' playlists. This is where Listify comes in. Listify will automatically prune watched items from your playlists when configured users watch an item to completion or manually mark it as watched. The profile pictures of the configured users are dynamically added to the managed playlists so users can tell at a glance how the playlists are being managed by Listify. I'm finding it useful, and I hope others will too. A beta build is attached to the next post. Please give it a try.

Ok thanks! That's a bit unfortunate and maybe a user setting would be nice, but I have found the bulk metadata editor plugin so at least I can handle it relatively quickly now.

Thanks for the offer. I had used channels for years and it is a great platform. This one just works better for my purpose. I will miss a couple things.... I loved the tile guide on channels.... I loved that it had tabs across the top that let me look at only HD channels.... Wish I could get them grouped like that on emby..... As a side note: I installed Android 14 beta this morning. It does solve the problem with the greenish weird color..... Hope it helps.

Nah - this is unraid - cant do that. I am going to move it bit by bit - letter by letter etc - i.e add the new path so they are both there, then move all the A's, tell it to rescan the library, then when thei images are back, to the B's and so on......

+1 for simple watch list. I have family members that use favorites but they don't remove them after watching and the list gets huge.

I would like to see a hit when i enter “never ending” and get 0 hits but when I type “neverending” I get a hit. That would be super nifty.

After I uninstalled the app, deleted the folders manually in my profile, and reinstalled it is working now.

OK yes, this is because when we search tvdb for it, they actually return Alice in Borderland as the top result. This is a rare situation, but you can solve it by naming the Alice folder Alice (2020) [tvdbid=xxx]

Name your series folders: Alice (2020) [tvdbid=372802] Alice in Borderland (2020) [tvdbid=376472] Scan media library.

Hi, going out on a limb here but I feel like most users ripping from bluray are probably not converting and are ripping using something like MakeMkv to keep the original video intact.

Even basic WebDAV works instantly but I do not want to stream a full 60 to 80 GB video file sense most of the time it does not work stable enough over cellular sadly. Maybe in 20 years it will.
