  2. Samsung have only released to one model version for 2023 models. I expect they will release to all models after the next submission. The current issue is that we can't do both an app version submission and a country request at the same time, so we need to wait until one is complete before we can do the next.

  4. The default sort order is set to 'Folders'. I would prefer to have all libraries I select to default to release date. I know I can manually set it, but I have to do that for every folder in the library. I would like to see the ability to have it automatically set the default sort order for all new folders I create.

  5. This is why I specify different folders for recordings of series and movies. When this happens (and IME it's not uncommon) I can just move the file to the right place, but still as a recording. Also, presumably Emby created a series layout because that's what the guide specified. Paul

  6. If this is already possible, that's awesome, if not a really great feature would be the ability to print the library as it looks exactly on the screen. I would like to have a printed version of all my movies, (not a text list of the movie name but instead a Graphical Version of the movies, showing the movie image, so what you see on the screen) this seem like a simple feature. The new print feature would allow a user to select how many number of columns and rows a user would like to print and number of pages, etc.

  8. Move it to a movie library? I separate series and movie recordings, and when movies that are part of a documentary series (for instance) get classified as a series, I move them to the movie library and rename them as necessary. Paul

  10. Here's an idea - why doesn't emby fix the issue on the version everybody is using on their Shields's - ie the AndroidTV version on the Android/Google Store. Asking people to compromise their device security by sideloading an untrusted (and Beta) app (by not going though the store) is wrong.

  15. I performed several tests and never triggered the issue. Without detailed instructions, I can only try to fix the issue based on your kodi.log. I cannot design a test case. I found the issue. You haven't synced the content to Kodi. You are playing just a "file".

  18. Hey, I think this might have fixed it! The first time i attempted an instant mix, Emby closed out after the first song ended. BUT, the second time, I was able to freely delete songs, and move songs around without any issues. I was only about to play about 10 songs, but problems normally kicked in after 4 in older versions. I'll test it out more tomorrow, but this might be good to go! Logs attached, incase there's anything to look at. (It's a zip file because the actual log was over 300mb.   19. So giving a little update which I'll mark as the solution in a day or two when I have time to do an ABA test - the problem appears to be with a firmware update on my Ubiquiti switch. Problems started with the 6.5.59 update which rolled out to my switch 4 hours after my last successful Emby usage. I rolled back tonight and it popped right up.

  20. Hello! Love the plugin but was hoping you would be able to put in Australian parental ratings? They don't seem to be selectable when I go in to edit. Am I doing something wrong, or do these not currently exist in the plugin? Thanks! ie:

  22. Usually when I've used the word "interesting", it meant I really thought it wasn't a great idea. Anyway, printing is a pretty basic common feature, I'm surprised it doesn't already exsist. I'm sure many people would like to have the ability to print. A printed version would allow someone to quickly flip through movies faster than on the screen. Thanks for your interesting feedback.

  23. Right. This isn't a solution, but only a work-around. The production app should work (as it does for me). I hope ebr can help you get to the root of the issue. Be sure to also send an app log.

  25. Never-mind. Not sure, what happened. Maybe it just took longer at my side for emby to retrieve metadata etc.. I am copying large amounts of data between my two NAS servers and saturating the line, maybe that caused a bottleneck for emby. False positive, apologies...

  26. Can you check that you servers nic is set up private, and NOT public. Also check if the nic is set to sleep.

  27. Sorry only just saw this reply, no I added a Quadro card to my system but have also reworked my system to spread the load across 2 servers rather than everything running on one so not sure if either of those were the fix

Yes, definitely an issue with Vantage Point when using TV Intros with regards to the non-seamless playback (flashing up of Emby background before each intro is played and before main programme being played after last intro). I'll double check whether the into is now being played for ALL tagged episodes in a series and get back on this one.

  30. OMDB doesn't list it either: Genre @ omdb And I would really stay away from TVDB as top-provider for movies: Genres - TheTVDB.com So, find some alternate way to mark your movies, like manually adding desired genre or tag in bulk.

  34. I've tested this, and when the server converts the srt to vtt the position tags are removed, so there's nothing we can do on the client side SRT VTT

  35. I was wondering if the settings such as Display, Home Screen, Etc. can be changed across all apps without having to access the device. I have friends and my parents who use my server and they aren’t very good at changing settings etc. so I wondered if I changed their theme for example on the browser interface if it would be the same theme on a Android TV for example. *If this isn’t the appropriate place to post this feel free to delete or move.*
