Could you please add a Webhook for the New content added notification?1 point

That was easy. Just create the folder structure and file `~/.config/lxsession/LXDE-pi/autostart` and it works.1 point

Batch edit through an API should already be possible via one of the SequenceService endpoints. You can find the endpoints on the Swagger page of the server where the plugin is installed.1 point

Hey Embians! Just an early update: Made a lot of initial headway in the past couple of days on the Subsonic API plugin. Worked through a couple of thorny issues. I've barely started implementing the API (I'd only trust ping right now), although getLicense and getAlbumList appear to be working against my own Emby server at least. Authentication probably was the biggest problem because the documentation and the Emby.ApiClient package are unfortunately quite dated. I'd love to contribute to one or both after I have an MVP for the Subsonic API plugin. I know it hasn't been long since I last posted, but since others coding against the API sometimes seem to have issues with authentication, I wanted to at least let ya'lls know that I got it working, although my plugin code is in a very early state and shouldn't even be considered a solid example of Emby plugin best practices, let alone programming best practices. My focus is to get it working in the short term. That being said, authentication works and if you are having API authentication problems feel free to go check out my plugin code. As always, feel free to bring up any requests over at the repo, or questions here. Cheers! Talk soon.1 point

Nothing will be notice since we do not use some features, but we are after bug fixes and security matters in this update.1 point

My set up is just 1x 500Gb NVME mounted as a volume2 with moved cache, metadata and transcode folders. I thought about experimenting with raid 1 but, it's a waste of money and nvme. I just run a mirror sync once a day instead so that I have a backup on my NAS disks. That's it.1 point

SOLVED: It seems my FireTV stick had bugged out. I changed my resolution settings in the Stick to manual 1080p so the setting of Match Original Frame Rate automatically turned off. Then I changed back to Auto setting again for resolution and activated the frame rate matching again. Now the options in Emby was there, I checked match frame rate option in the Emby app, and now it works!1 point

On the Roku you need to set the landing tab also. Enter library and click the star key or navigate up to the gear/cog.1 point

We're hoping to roll out the 4.7 release any day now. Let's reevaluate once you have that. Thanks.1 point

Yeah, I was digging around in the logs of the jail and saw this after a crash... mono-sgen exited on signal 6 I'll start with the DLNA first. I kinda like the statistics. LOL. I'll see if it gets any better, and hopefully 4.7 isn't far off. If it still crashes after that, I'll take the reporting out too.1 point

No but I just tried that, and it was a no go for me but thanks for that information1 point

@horstepipe they are stored in individual json files in your data/smartplaylist directory. Also the above scenario is double AND = All (Group), OR = Any (Group). I will add a new operator called is empty for filter on metadata that does not have a value in the next release.1 point

Adding the WinTV 10 directory to the PATH environmental variable worked as well.1 point

I had to reboot the server and lost those logs. The channel now comes in. I'll reply with the logs when it stops working. Thanks1 point

Theoretically, it is probably possible but the amount of work involved may or may not be worth it. With the web app, it pretty much remembers your login forever so, just putting a link on your family portal page, should take the people to Emby in the web app and, once they log in once, they should never really have to do it again...1 point

I absolutely agree that movies should not start playing right away within a playlist. Clicking on a movie in a playlist should take you to the movie's info page. Simple.1 point
