  3. Let Carlo remote in. I believe there are a few things going on that could have corrupted the install and the download blocking. Most likely a browser extension as there were a couple, plus kaspera and VPN installed (not being used). We also set him up with instructions to manually upgrade himself using the system folder in the portable version as a backup.

  5. Also what to folders does the x265 library point to? But Supernatural shows as a Folder not a Series so there is a naming or structure issue also.

  8. From that screen shot, it looks like you've pointed your "TV shows" library at an individual video or perhaps series folder. It should be pointed to a parent folder of all the series...

  9. I think the question is how will an Emby Premier subscriber watch live TV and schedule recordings etc on Kodi instead of using a dedicated Emby client. Martin

  10. Nice script - an alternative to creating a new file, is to simply insert the eac3 track into the existing MKV. You need to remap a few tracks but essentially this is the syntax - "ffmpeg.exe" -i "input.mkv" -map 0:v -map 0:a:0 -map 0:a -c:v copy -c:a copy -c:a:0 eac3 -disposition:a:0 default -disposition:a:1 0 "output.mkv" It will mark the eac3 as the new default audio track, moving the previous audio track to 2nd in the drop down list.

  14. Can you post the server log for when the scan stopped. But can only assume this will happen until a full scan is completed.

  15. In the dashboard, select the user that you use to log in from the Roku, go to the Password page for that user, and at the bottom are the settings for password usage on the local network. Check the setting is as you expect. If it is not behaving as expected, check on the main dashboard page that Emby thinks its local IP address is one that's on the same subnet as the one shown in the Roku settings. Paul

  18. I would make sure that the server has full recursive write access to it's data folder, /config. The error in the log suggests that permission has been taken away for whatever reason.

  22. Thanks for your offer. If i have questions, i know whom to ask. But currently i don't plan to share the code with anybody. This is to protect it from the Jellyfin guys. Are you talking about the same show, at the same time on two different channels? That is really difficult because the guide refresh queries one channel after the other. If you mean multiple episodes of the same show, one after the other on the same channel. Well, it was already requested to give the user more control about this. It's definitely something i will do at some point. I guess that's also what @AboveUnrefined is asking for. And he's right. I hate the html/javascript side of plugin development. Currently i won't code new options that are channel specific. I really need to change the gui for creating unlimited channels first.

Reporting Emby Issues Please create a topic in the community. Describe the problem in your own words, including what you're trying to accomplish, and where you're getting stuck. Please mention some specific examples. In your description, be very specific about the steps you took and what happened with the system. Describe it like you are talking to a blind person - because you are. We cannot see what you did or what happened so be as specific as possible. If you saw error messages, please tell us what they were. If the problem is difficult to explain, please include screenshots that demonstrate the issue. Please attach the server log from the time frame the activity occurred. See the section below titled Emby Server Logs. Please supply the full and complete log file in txt format. Please don't zip or compress, and avoid attempting to extract relevant sections. Everything is relevant to us. If a server transcoding log (ffmpeg log) was also generated during playback (in the server logs folder), please attach that as well. If you are using the Roku or Android TV specific app, please also follow the instructions below to send a log from the app. Emby Server Logs Logs can be accessed directly within the server's web interface by navigating to Logs under Emby Server sidebar section. If you're having difficulty using the web interface, log files can be found in the logs subfolder of the Emby Server Data Folder . Note: Be aware that these log files would not be sanitized if obtained directly from the logs folder and should not be uploaded in the forums. If there is an error downloading the logs through the Emby Web interface for Settings / Logs, please enable debug logging, repeat the attempt to download the logs and report the problem in the forum indicating the logs download issue. The raw logs can then be forwarded to a member of the Emby Team when requested. Emby for Android TV/Fire TV and Emby for Roku Logs These apps have the option to send an app log to us electronically. You enter the settings page and turn on the "Debug Options". Now there will be a new tile on your home page settings row (or menu option on the user menu at the top) labelled "Send Log". Reproduce your problem and then use this button to send the log. Then add the following information to your report in the forum: Exactly what you were doing and what happened. Include the name of whatever you played if it is a playback problem The time you sent the log (in Eastern Time please - UTC -5) The name of the Emby user on the local server that was logged in at the time How to Post Log Files You can simply drag a file onto your post to attach it. Alternatively, you can upload your log file to Paste2 or a DropBox account and then post the link in your topic. Please avoid linking us to log files that require us to sign into a website. If the problem is occurring in the Emby Web app, please remove any custom CSS you may have created and see if the issue remains after that.
