AdrianW 1052
once MBT has been configured to use an external player there seems to be no way to remove the external player. Blanking the path gives a "Please enter a valid player path" error. I had to edit system.xml and remove the section inside <MediaPlayers>.

jasonmcroy 315
This isn't exactly to remove external player fully, but I have been able to stop if from playing my files by un-checking what file formats the external player handles. Then the internal player will start playing. It's at least easier than editing the xml file! :-) +1 on having an option to just fully delete it though. -Jason

AdrianW 1052
The best way to bring this to the devs attention is to like the first post - that increases the count in the green square in the forum listing.
