N8QQW 0 Posted July 2, 2021 Share Posted July 2, 2021 Greetings, I have Emby (4.6.4.0) running on a QNAP TVS-673e. Internally, it works great. I can access the server via my computers, iOS devices and ATV with no issues. BUT, zero success getting a connection away from home, including using Emby Connect. I've been messing with this for months, but I'm out of ideas. (btw, remote Plex connections worked fine on this QNAP device). Looking for suggestions. Thanks. I would suggest checking out our Connection Troubleshooter: https://support.emby.media/support/solutions/articles/44001849007-connectivity Please try the steps listed there and let us know which ones succeed and which ones do not.
