Movie will not show in folder under Emby

I have the Friday The 13th and A Nightmare On Elm Street movies in one series / collection. I have had it setup under Emby in the past without issue. Now out of 20 Films in the folder only 19 show in Emby. The film in question is "A Nightmare On Elm Street 4: The Dream Master (1988)mp4". I have gone through TheMovieBD on everyone of the films and everything is correct name and year wise. What I've tried so far:

Move the file out of the folder rescan the Movie Series library, then move the file back and rescan again

Move the series folder and it's content out of the Movie Series and rescan the library, then move the folder back and rescan the library

 

At this point I am completely out of ideas. Any help and or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

The file has no extension. "mp4" is part of the file name, missing the "."

Good catch.

It probably won't matter but extra spaces can sometimes be issues also.
