Missing "Previous/Next" buttons on Google Chrome notification when casting to Chromecast Audio/Built-in

When playing music on Google Chrome, a handy notification appears at the top right to easily control playback without having the web app opened in a tab:

However, when casting to a Chromecast Audio or Chromecast Built-in, the notification lacks the "previous" and "next" buttons so I can't skip to the next or previous song from there:

I hope you guys can fix it up.
