For me it's the last option on the home screen settings

Interesting, I didn't realize that.  I saw that there, and because of the spacing, it looked like it was specifically an option for my XXXtra library, which is a mixed content library, and not for ALL the libraries, so I didn't really pay much attention to it.  My apologies, I stand corrected. Maybe putting a different title over it, like "General Options" or something similar, would help it stand out as a global setting better, so people don't assume it is specific to whatever their last listed library is?

I'd shutdown Emby and fix the couple of Libraries that now are setup as Mixed content types.  You can follow the directions here:

Ok, so this fixed everything, finally, except for Q3:  Porn showing up in my "More Like This" suggestions.  How do I restrict a library (In this case my "XXXtra" library) to make it NOT show up here, or anywhere else, outside of it's specific library? For reference, this was found in the "More Like This" section for the movie "Good Dick" (which is a legit cinema film).

I refreshed a dozen times, and I was only able to make it pop up once like that, but that is one time too many.

There are not options for this, only a option to exclude external suggestions.

Enable external content in suggestions
Allow internet trailers and live tv programs to be included within suggested content.

What ever the user has access to will be used in the query for more like this.  But don't really see how this media would have the same variables as other media.  But @Lukewould have to provide more info as I believe Parental Rating and Genres are a factor in that list.

I mean, you guys have alllll these library content types, but still don't have one for porn?  You know people watch porn, right? 😂

Would my porn library maybe be better categorized as "Home videos & photos"?  Would that do anything to exclude it from other libraries? I can't see classifying this as "Movies", considering that most of them are just individual scenes versus the entire movie.  Besides, I doubt anyone reallys wants to see suggestions for "Russian anal whores 7" when they are browsing the movie "From Russia with Love" 🤣

We need less content types, not more. There's really not much difference anymore apart from the internet metadata options that are displayed.

How would this content actually appear in "More Like this"?

Hmmmm.  I think I understand what might have happened.  When the update went through, and Emby swept all my libraries reidentifying stuff, some of the items matched closely enough to movie titles that it automatched them with movies.  I noticed this when I was looking at the .nfo's for the files that I posted in Q3 of my very first post. All the .nfo files for the scenes that I posted had information from movies, like "Forgetting Sarah Marshall" for the scene just titled "Sarah". I turned off metadata scrapers, moved the same scene to a different folder so it would scan it again and generate a new .nfo, then compared the two.

Same file, but the left is all metadata scrapers enabled, the right is all scrapers disabled:

If it is viewing it as a movie, perhaps that is why it's leaking into the movie suggestions in the "More Like This" section? If that is the case, would it be better to just recategorize this particular library as "Home Movies & Photos" so it doesn't try to use any scrapers, thereby matching incorrectly?

Yes if the library/folder has metadata fetchers enabled this can be the issue.  You could test locking all metadata in said folder.

I'm not sure I follow you here. How would I do that?

Have you explored the lock metadata feature in the metadata editor?

I haven't, I wasn't sure where to find it. I will look into it when I get home tonight.

How would this differ from just removing all scrapers and rescanning/rebuilding the .nfo's? I only want a folder structure view for this library, date added order for this library isn't important to me. I really don't need any metadata beyond what emby needs to display the specs of the file itself. Literally all I'm trying to do is block this library from showing up under "More like this" suggestions. How would locking the metadata help with that?

Also, per your response on another thread, it seems like locking the metadata on a 500+ item library would be tedious, and I should just disable scrapers anyway:

Depends on library structure.

Right, but still, thats fine for a static library, but how does that address future additions being identified incorrectly with metadata scrapers still enabled?

So you are saying Emby is making all the metadata for you?  Or importing existing metadata?

Then they would have to have their own library will all providers disabled.  Then remove access to that library from everyone but yourself or the user that watches the content.

Yup, thats how I set it back up, then just deleted all the .nfo files for that library and rebuilt them from scratch. Seems to be fine so far, haven't noticed any issues yet.

My latest TV shows only shows one or two shows total now.  Everything else seems fine and they all show up under TV shows option.  How can this be fixed.  Very annoying.   Latest movies seems to work fine still.

HI, it's because the episodes are being grouped by series whereas they were not before. We will look at improving it. Thanks for the feedback.

If you go to your setup for emby and look at your Libraries, is you library for TV Shows listed as TV Shows for the content type, or does it say Mixed Content?  If it says Mixed Content, you may ne suffering from the same issue I was where emby changed my library type during the last update. This is how I fixed it:
