TV recording will not play using latest Android TV box

I am trying to play "Back to School (1986)" that I recorded two days ago using Plex....  It will NOT play using my two latest Android TV OS Boxes, all I get is a circle going round and round, forever, basically locking up my device.  Both devices are running Android 10, and both are Google Certified (Mecool KM2 and KA2).  This video WILL play using plex on these devices, or any videos recorded by Plex.  Also, it plays on the Nvidia Shield, did not test other devices..........  

 

I keep trying to download the server log, but it keeps deleting............ So, I can not include that file...
