99ulysses99 0 Posted June 8, 2021 Posted June 8, 2021 Since my server has updated to version 4.6.2.0 all the manually added images have disappeared. Is there any way to recover them or will I have to add them manually once more?
Carlo 4552 Posted June 8, 2021 Posted June 8, 2021 Hi, can you be a bit more specific what types of images these are?
99ulysses99 0 Posted June 9, 2021 Author Posted June 9, 2021 They are all the jpg's that I have manually added as primary images for all tv shows, movies, audiobooks, and album covers where they could not be identified via the databases. Cheers
Carlo 4552 Posted June 9, 2021 Posted June 9, 2021 Where do you have these graphic files stored? Are they sitting in the folders with the media?
99ulysses99 0 Posted June 11, 2021 Author Posted June 11, 2021 I think i understand now. I have been adding images to each media and then deleting them. The 'stored' image is then merely the cached image and so when updating the cache is cleared. When adding images to the media I should be adding them to each individual media folder or a specified media folder in future?
Carlo 4552 Posted June 11, 2021 Posted June 11, 2021 I can't really answer that as I'm not exactly sure what type of images you have replaced or how you replaced them. Can you be more specific in what you are trying to do and what images you are replacing?

That is what I do, rename each to fit like "primary" & "backdrop" hope this helps. 1
