user101xy 24 Posted June 3, 2021 Share Posted June 3, 2021 (edited) Hi the Windows Store app "Emby Theater" does not play certain channels, the circle rotates and the app loads but no picture appears. Unlike the Windows desktop app, this one works best. The web app via 192. ****** also has difficulties loading channels. But before I can use the Windows desktop app, which is the only way for me to use Emby, I have to press "Server" and then "Restart server", otherwise the Windows desktop app won't play channels either. So in summary, the only way for me to use Emby is the Emby Theater Windows desktop app, to use it I have to restart the server (Synology) before using it and immediately use the Emby Windows desktop app, otherwise if I use another possibility to use Emby, the channels get stuck again. Can the Windows Store app be improved so that it also reproduces certain channels? At the moment I can only use the Windows desktop app Emby Theater. I also have reset the App in Windows 10 "Apps & Features" but the issue persist. Log files only PM. Thanks!
