Both will stutter playback when the speed is set above "normal" for some TV series and play fine at 2x for others.They are doing direct play, so I know it isn't a transcoding issue. It might be something to do with the codecs or bitrates. Here is some media info on one file that gives me trouble Audio Bitrate 192000 Audio Channels 5.1 Audio Codec EAC3 Audio Languages English Audio Stream Count 1 Video Bit Depth 8 Video Bitrate 7429658 Video Codec x264 Video Fps 29.97 Resolution 1920x1080 Run Time 40:53 Scan Type Progressive Subtitles English And here is some media info on a file that plays perfectly: Audio Bitrate 640000 Audio Channels 5.1 Audio Codec EAC3 Audio Languages English Audio Stream Count 1 Video Bit Depth 8 Video Bitrate 7610153 Video Codec h264 Video Fps 23.976 Resolution 1920x1080 Run Time 42:20 Scan Type Progressive Subtitles English As you can see, most things are very similar, but I have playback issues when increasing the speed on the first file.
