eforslund 0
I have a Synology DS1821+ with four interfaces: 192.168.1.50 (10GE), .2.50 (2x1GE- Link Agg), .5.50 (2x1GE - Link Agg) and .100.50 (10GE for iSCSI). I have multiple interfaces because I want to keep various computers, devices, etc. segregated for security reasons as well as bandwidth, etc. I use pfSense as my firewall and router for all subnets/ VLANs. I got really annoyed with the inflexibility of Plex so just decided to make the move to Emby so am completely new to it. I just installed Emby and found it defaulted to the 1.50 interface (maybe because it is my default gateway?) but I really want it on the 2.50 interface as that is where all my media streaming devices live. Does anyone know how to change the IP address/ interface for Emby so I don't have to deal with routing between the .1 and .2 subnets? Thanks! Happy2Play 8325
You should be able to apply the IP you want on Dashboard-Network "Local IP address:". Local IP address: Optional. Override the local IP address that Emby Server will present to Emby apps. If left blank, the server will automatically detect the local IP address.
