When you select the Trailers icon, I get the error 'Video Playback Error' I'm getting this on 2 Firesticks and also Emby client on my mobile device (screenshot attached from mobile). You are in the Fire TV/Android TV section and I saw you playing from a Fire TV in that log. Are you not using our Fire TV app? Did you PM an app log to Luke? In this thread we haven't seen an app log yet and the server log had no indication of an attempt to play a trailer. I also get the same result on my Samsung S10 Mobile device, so if you can tell me how to get a log file for either device, I'll upload one.
