Folder sync plug-in: Option to hide versions in library

I appear to be using this plug-in different than the way it was originally intended, but it works very well for my use case. I always like some redundancy with my media server, so I recently picked up a WD My Cloud NAS to act as a backup server just in case my main server was offline. I now have my main server syncing unwatched episodes over to the backup server, so in the event I lose my main server I can keep watching my unwatched shows. It works really well, except for one annoyance. The main server shows the files that I synced to my backup server. I'd like the option to hide the synced episodes (i.e. Sync-TV Shows below). Maybe even make it user based so it can be hidden for some users, but not others.
