I've curated a lot of my titles, only to now see it now being undone if I make any changes, which is a royal pain. While I can see value in all of them, Overview would be my highest priority, followed by People as often the metadata coming from other sources is either poor or full of spelling errors. It seems existing locks will remain if you do not change the files. I tested with a file which had the Overview locked but as soon as I made a change to it, Emby saved the nfo without the lock and then refreshing the metadata undid my locked changes. I don't know if I'd call this a feature request either; it's simply a bug which can result in metadata loss.
