Emby cannot access internet on DS920+

My synology sometimes does this as well, try this. Go into the network settings on the NAS and turn off IPv6 on the NIC.

This has fixed any internet access issues I've had.

Thanks for your suggestion. I checked under network --> network interface --> edit --> IPv6. IPv6 setup on both LAN1 and LAN2 is set to off. Is there another IPv6 setting in the control panel? BTW in case it helps, even though IPv6 is off, I still see an Ipv6 address in the network interface tab.

Did you restart the NAS?

That might be needed (not sure) for it to use the new network settings.  It surely wouldn't hurt to restart it.

SUCCESS! I really wish I had thought of that earlier. I'm very frustrated at Synology for not suggesting that earlier. Thank you everyone.
