BirdBare 7 Posted April 9, 2021 Share Posted April 9, 2021 (edited) So I just setup my shield as recommended. I'm having a weird issue were I can't login after setup. I'm getting a pop-up dialog which states that my user id or password are incorrect. During setup I can login correctly, any attempts after will not work. I have my shield directly connected via ethernet to my server. No router is involved. This always worked before when I had my tv directly connected. ebr 14959 Posted April 9, 2021 Share Posted April 9, 2021 Hi. I cannot see any failed logins from the app in that server log. Can you please produce the issue in the app and then press the "Send Logs" button that should be on the user selection screen. Then come back here and tell me exactly what time you did that. Thanks.
