No playback on Web and Roku Clients Since Recent System Updates

Running MB3 version 3.0.5340.21263.  Had everything working OK, but since updating the BIOS on the motherboard and performing Windows Updates for the last few months I'm now not able to play back videos from my Roku units (versions 2XS and 3) as well as through a remote web client (running Windows 7 and Firefox).

 

The test video was an avi encoded with audio encodings as follows:

Codec EAC3
Layout 5.1
Bitrate 384 kbps
Sample Rate 48000 khz
Default No
Size 350 MB
 
I've tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling MB3, rebuilding the libraries, etc, but to no affect.
 
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.  Will post whatever information is needed.

Update - I've found the issue to be data corruption.  About 1/3 of my media library is now toast.
