Webhook unnecessary message/state-change?

Hi:

When a cinematic intro plays on the androidtv (in my case Shield) client, these are the playback webhook messages sent:

playback.start
playback.pause (Note that I did not pause it)
playback.stop

The stop is followed by a start message for the movie itself.

Is there a need or purpose for the pause state change?  If not I'd request it be removed as it just causes unnecessary churn on webhook endpoints. I was told in another thread that the Emby server sends these messages in response to client action of pausing the video.

Thanks.
