dheiskell 0
I installed server version 3.0.5338.33125. I selected the option to store metadata in media folders. Image files are being added but i don't see any new. xml or. nfo files. The folders already had foldername.nfo in them. They were created by mymovies. What filename does mediabrowserstore the metadata in and what extension does it use?
Lighthammer 80
Two things to check that might be problems that I've found in troubleshooting myself: #1.) I'm not sure if the bug is still active, but auto-sort being set on=off and vice-a-versa. I THINK it's broke in live and fixed in beta, but I'm I admit to not tracking it closely enough to know for sure.#2.) If auto-sort is working, by default it deletes NFO files as part of file cleaning. You can modify what types get auto-deleted and this behavior at Settings -> Auto-Organize -> TV -> "Delete left over files with the following extensions".This setting seems to affect all folders managed even though music management isn't fully implemented. Luke 37180
This doesn't have anything to do with auto-organize. We support .nfo files. If you already have them, then that's what we're using.
