With some MKV's no sound. Only after subtitle on/off.

Hello all, 

if i converted a movie from my DVD's i have no sound in Emby. But after i change subtitle on/off, the sound is playing normal.

Video: mpeg2video (Main), yuv420p(tv, top first), 720x576 [SAR 64:45 DAR 16:9], 25 fps, 25 tbr, 1k tbn, 50 tbc
Audio: ac3, 48000 Hz, 5.1(side), fltp, 384 kb/s (default)

In the admininterface i see an liveconvert of the movie. Does this have anything to do with it? During playback, the sound also diverges, but only after about 30 minutes, sometimes even earlier. Is there a way to solve these things?
