emby ps4. black screen no audio.

has something changed with the ps4 playback on emby? i have a user that uses a ps4 to watch stuff from the server but when he started something nothing happened. it seemed like he loaded the vid but it was just black and nothing was playing. but if i went to the dashboard it said that the vid was playing and the he was 0:42 sec in. did something change to make the ps4 browser not want to play vids. it was working just find for him a few days ago.
