CoverArt custom image sets

Is there no hope for having this feature in CoverArt for MB3?

 

Personally, none of the stock CoverArt treatments are to my liking. I know the dev has said hardly anybody used custom image sets and that the feature added a bunch of overhead but I can't say I ever noticed any performance degradation at all.

 

For me, this missing ability is the single reason I'm still using MB2.6.2

I'm afraid there are no plans for it again at this time.  It simply was not used enough and introduces too much complexity.

 

However, if you were to detail the specifics of the treatments you are using, if enough other people liked them, I might be able to add them to the options.
