My setup: Synology DS218play NAS Chromecast HDMI plugged into TV Casting from Android Huawei Phones Internal network speed 200Mbps identified using WiFi Sweet Spot app TV is wired in using a Powerline The problem: Carl's phone casts emby video to Chromecast on TV without any hiccup whatsoever Hayley's phone has recently started to stutter a lot and often struggles to play at all when choosing a video to load and cast to the TV. Same network, same video, same TV and same Chromecast device yet Carl's selection plays and Hayley's doesn't. I have reinstalled Emby on Hayley's phone but the same thing happens. Perhaps you can explain how I upload a log file to help identify what's going on? Many thanks for all of your help. Solution LyndaRostron 0 Posted February 9, 2021 Author Solution Share Posted February 9, 2021 I have now sorted this and was my fault. I was logging in as a user on Hayley's phone where the user was constrained to only use emby on a particular device. This is now resolved. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
