Pseibold 1 Posted February 4, 2021 Share Posted February 4, 2021 I was wondering, how hard would it to be to display favorite TV shows or favorite movies as a channel in the EPG? As in you can favorite TV shows or movies (like you can today) and as EPG channel #1, Your favorite movies would show up randomly and "in progress" (Like it was HBO or Starz) and as EPG channel #2, your favorite TV shows would show up randomly and "in progress" (like it was a network station) So the end result is the first few IPTV channels would in fact just be your "favorite" TV/Movies? That way anyone using the HDhomerun boxes for local TV stations could see their favorites in progress as options to watch in addition to their local stations, and anyone using full IPTV services with 1000s of stations of 'nothing on' would have the first few as their local favorites?
