Catalyph 7
I have some movies that are not populating the Parental Rating correctly. Example : Fractured 2014 : Parental rating TV-14 Emby the Parental Rating is set to NR> http://www.omdbapi.com/ reports the Rating as well as IMDB as well as https://www.themoviedb.org/ I have refreshed and identified the movie several times without success, it keeps going back to NR

You have them both enabled correct? TMDB has NR rating https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/249109-fractured?language=en-US OMDB had the rating as TV-14 same as IMDB {"Title":"Fractured","Year":"2013","Rated":"TV-14" Since you are receiving NR suggests you have TMDB as your first provider. Catalyph 7
it doesn't I have refreshed multiple time on the title, on the whole movie database. I have even identified the movie and put in the ID for IMDB and TMDB still always comes back as NR
Catalyph 7
I actually have created an account at TMDB and fixed the rating to an available rating and it still come back as NR
Catalyph 7
I also noticing now, that the Cast and crew is missing image a lot of them, and when I select Edit Image > Spy Glasss > there is an image there to download.. How can I check that Emby is doing this automatically ?

Happy2Play 8356
There is a difference in Cast and crew between providers. So you can not compare what you see on TMDB unless you have TMDB as first provider. But not sure of your issue unless there are errors in your log or a cache issue as I had not issue with that movie. OMDB, then TMDB Edited February 1, 2021 by Happy2Play
