Split Movie Naming Convention

I know there have been discussions on this site about emby merging multi-part movies (stacking) to appear or operate as a single movie, but I have a different question/idea altogether.

I am trying to find some way of actually naming the individual parts of a movie. For simplicity sakes, let's say a movie has three parts (Parts 01, 02, and 03). Instead of them showing up as Part 01, 02, and 03, I'd love to find a way to name them - for example - Beginning, Middle, and End. 

I tried adding a name to the end of the video filename such as MovieName - Part 01-Beginning, but the "Beginning" name is ignored. 

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Hi, there's no way to do this automatically. They'd have to be three separate videos, and then at that point can be named however you wish.

What you could do is join the files and edit the embedded chapters using a tool such as mkvtoolnix if they are mkv's.
