Hello!

I do not speak English, so I use a translator, I hope you understand everything.
I have read many similar requests for help, tried to follow the advice but nothing seems to help. And so in order.

I have a NAS QNAP D2 (T-231P), firmware 4.4.1.1216, I do not plan to update anymore, as there were many complaints about the stability of the work. Previously, I used the Twonky server,

but when I found out about Emby, I fell in love with its interface))) I installed the latest version of emby-server-qnap_4.6.0.10_arm-x41 first (other X versions did not fit, refused to install),

the system issued a message that everything is installed, you can run. I click open, a new browser tab is launched, but the connection is not established.

The address at which the page is opened https://192.168.1.4:8920. I've tried other options too - https://192.168.1.4:8096; http://localhost:8096; http://localhost:8920.

Nothing changes, the page is not available.

I uninstalled the application, then connected to nas via ssh protocol and entered the commands

- sudo delgroup emby

 - sudo deluser emby

But this did not work. After entering these commands, I planned to install the new version again, so that everything will work.

Possibly wrong command syntax, correct if this is really a working way.
I also spent a lot of time and installed many different older versions, it also did not bring results.

The screenshot shows all the versions that I tried.
I don’t know what actions to take next.
I just spent an unrealistically long time and really hope that together with you we will solve this problem!

PenkethBoy

write how it turned out to solve the problem in this thread,
I reread what you dropped and did not understand. What else did I do: installed Qmono 6.8.0.105._arm-x41(in the screenshot),
and also tried the versions that you and another user wrote, namely 4.4.2.0 and 4.4.0.40, this did not solve anything.

P.S.
I will repeat again, I do not understand English and this may also affect, I read topics that you reset using page translation, but this does not always work correctly

PROBLEM SOLVED!

The point was in one symbol "s", no matter how funny it may sound, I will describe in more detail, what if it will be useful to someone and the person will not rack their brains like me, for two days!

In the address bar of the browser, you need to type http://192.ххх.хх.хх:8096/

All this time I was typing httpS://192.ххх.хх.хх:8096/

I installed the latest version of emby-server-qnap_4.6.0.10_arm-x41, everything works, went to configure it, thank you all for your attention!
