Good evening everyone. I've used Emby in the past and for about a year and a half I had diverted my attention to other media centers. A few days ago I proceeded to download the app again on my Nvidia Shield to remotely connect it to my brother's Synology NAS who has already installed Emby Server and inserted my user into it. I tried to connect with Emby Connect by entering the pin as required by the Android TV app in https://emby.media/pin.html, but I always get "wrong username and / or password" while typing the correct credentials. So I entered the ip manually to add the new server. The NAS server is entered correctly, (https://imgur.com/CE436Bu) but no users are found (https://imgur.com/90GbAtg), so I cannot access the contents. So I tried to install the app apk for Android, and everything works normally, but I wish I could have the Emby channel with its contents available on the home of my Nvidia Shield and, as you well know, with the Android app , this is not possible.
Could you tell me what happens?
If it can be useful, by adding the server of my PC connected to the home network, the app for Android TV, in addition to detecting the server, also finds users and allows browsing through the contents (https://imgur.com/YqN3vDY).

but no users are found

Hi, that's not true, they're just hidden. Did you try manually entering the username and password?

I made a beginner mistake: I solved it by manually logging in where indicated. I tried before inserting the ip and I had negative results, so it didn't seem the right way. Fortunately I was wrong. Now I use the android TV app and everything is working. Thanks for your help.
