Emby Crashes on Raspberry Pi Ubuntu 20.04

I've installed Emby on my Raspberry Pi 3+ running Ubuntu Server 20.04. Invariably, some period of time after I launch Emby, the service hangs and typically makes the entire server non-responsive. Sometimes, it recovers and Ubuntu kills the Emby service, sometimes I have to hard reboot the Pi. 

There doesn't seem to be a real pattern to how long the Emby process takes to crash; sometimes it's within a minute or two of manually starting it, but I've also been able to watch an entire movie before it crashes. 

I've attached the log files that I've been able to grab; please let me know if anyone has an idea or wants to see additional logs.
