Loss of sound playing on android client

Hi, 

Bit of a puzzle. Playing back a bluray rip in TrueHD (transcoding) on a Android phone. Everything works great but if I need to pause the movie say by pressing the home button to minimise Emby client and then bring it back, when I press play there is no sound but video plays fine. Only way to get sound working is exit out of movie then resume play. 

Any ideas?
