ShieldTV Downloads/Conversions not working

Hi, 

i have installed Emby Server on my 2019 ShieldTV (Roll) with an MicroSD Card for storage expansion installed as internal.

But i can't get Downloading/Conversions to work. whenever i try to download a series i get a failed message.
