marauder 17
Going to the browser interface on one of my computers I can see and view all my files as they should be. But when I click on a title the page is blank. Same when I click on the search button nothing happens. This is happening for all file types. It does not happen with the same user on my Iphone app, Samsung TV or any other computers. I am using the latest version of the application, 4.5.2 and on the latest version on chrome on all my machines as well. I've tried logging out and back in but still the same error. I checked the logs and on the machine that isn't working I'm getting these errors: 2020-12-02 12:29:40.549 Info HttpClient: GET https://www.thetvdb.com/banners/series/278329/posters/5f43ea84bc858.jpg 2020-12-02 12:29:40.820 Error Server: Error processing request *** Error Report *** Version: 4.5.2.0 Command line: /system/EmbyServer.dll -programdata /config -ffdetect /bin/ffdetect -ffmpeg /bin/ffmpeg -ffprobe /bin/ffprobe -restartexitcode 3 Operating system: Linux version 4.19.107-Unraid (root@Develop) (gcc version 9.2.0 (GCC)) #1 SMP Thu Mar 5 13:55:57 PST 2020 Framework: .NET Core 3.1.7 OS/Process: x64/x64 Runtime: system/System.Private.CoreLib.dll Processor count: 8 Data path: /config Application path: /system MediaBrowser.Model.Net.HttpException: MediaBrowser.Model.Net.HttpException: Forbidden at Emby.Server.Implementations.HttpClientManager.CoreHttpClientManager.SendAsyncInternal(HttpRequestOptions options, String httpMethod) at Emby.Server.Implementations.HttpClientManager.CoreHttpClientManager.SendAsync(HttpRequestOptions options, String httpMethod) at MediaBrowser.Providers.Manager.ProviderManager.SaveImage(BaseItem item, String url, ImageType type, Nullable`1 imageIndex, CancellationToken cancellationToken) at Emby.Server.Implementations.Library.LibraryManager.ConvertImageToLocal(BaseItem item, ItemImageInfo image, Int32 imageIndex, CancellationToken cancellationToken) at Emby.Drawing.ImageProcessor.ProcessImage(ImageProcessingOptions options, CancellationToken cancellationToken) at MediaBrowser.Api.Images.ImageService.GetImage(ImageRequest request, Int64 itemId, BaseItem item, Boolean isHeadRequest) at Emby.Server.Implementations.Services.ServiceController.GetTaskResult(Task task) at Emby.Server.Implementations.Services.ServiceHandler.ProcessRequestAsync(HttpListenerHost appHost, IRequest httpReq, IResponse httpRes, RestPath restPath, String responseContentType, CancellationToken cancellationToken) at Emby.Server.Implementations.HttpServer.HttpListenerHost.RequestHandler(IRequest httpReq, ReadOnlyMemory`1 urlString, ReadOnlyMemory`1 localPath, CancellationToken cancellationToken) Source: Emby.Server.Implementations TargetSite: Void MoveNext() Searching 2020-12-02 12:33:54.487 Error Server: Error processing request *** Error Report *** Version: 4.5.2.0 Command line: /system/EmbyServer.dll -programdata /config -ffdetect /bin/ffdetect -ffmpeg /bin/ffmpeg -ffprobe /bin/ffprobe -restartexitcode 3 Operating system: Linux version 4.19.107-Unraid (root@Develop) (gcc version 9.2.0 (GCC)) #1 SMP Thu Mar 5 13:55:57 PST 2020 Framework: .NET Core 3.1.7 OS/Process: x64/x64 Runtime: system/System.Private.CoreLib.dll Processor count: 8 Data path: /config Application path: /system System.IO.FileNotFoundException: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not find file '/system/dashboard-ui/searchFields.js'. Solution mark-in-dallas 86 Posted December 2, 2020 Solution Share Posted December 2, 2020 Does the same thing happen if you try opening the pages in Firefox instead of Chrome? Have you tried clearing the cache?
marauder 17
Cleared cache and that worked. Also tried in another browser
