Premiere device count?

 i use two browsers on one pc  to watch video    (use hardware transcode ,this is a function require premiere)   

i want know  if this will count as 2 limit device

AFAIK yes, they will show as two devices under your Settings>Devices and will count against your limit. 

Out of curiosity, why do you use 2 browsers from the same PC?

Unless using Premier features within the browser (ie DVR/Live TV) then for standard playback - Browsers (any number of them) do not count against your license limit.

i use multi web  browsers  because the have difffent bugs ,  in win10 edge is the first choice to use   but sometime i need to change to firefox or chrome ,

and i use emby on the browser current open ....this make my device list is already up to 27 devices

 

and my cell phone also have two browsers... 

and so do my wife's cell phone

 

we don't like install app
