Freeview UK channels listings not matching channel mappings on Emby Server

Very recently Freeview UK has updated various channels to be assigned to different channels numbers and so I retuned my HD Homerun Connect Quatro which shows the channels in the correct order with the correct numbers. I use Emby Guide data and on the Emby Server all the channel mappings are fine and match what my HD Homerun has but Emby Theatre on Windows, Android mobile and my Samsung TV are not matching what is on the server. I have reinstalled the Windows Emby Theatre software but no change.

Any ideas?

I've seen something like this once before on a customers setup. Some of this might seem repetitive but this is what I'd do

Remove the tuner and EPG source.
Do a refresh guide.

Go to the HDHomeRun web page (http://my.hdhomerun.com/)
Perform a scan.

Back in Emby:
Add tuner
Add EPG source
Validate mappings are correct.

Let us know if this works,
