ropeguru 1
Running latest emby-server on Debian 10.6 and everything, including transcoding, is working great with the exception of live tv recording. When manually clicking the record button an a current show, the web gui shows that it is recording but there aren't ever any shows in the directories that I have specified and I see no CPU activity. Files are set to be stored on an NFS mount and I have sudo'd up to the emby user and done a touch in all the nfs directories successfully and also been able to delete the files I created. So I don't believe it is a permissions issue there. Looking in the logs I do not see any errors in the embyserver.txt file when clicking record but I also do not see anything logged in the ffmpeg log. A little help? Attached is a snipped of the embyserver log when I click on the record button. emby-server.txt Edited November 11, 2020 by ropeguru
ropeguru 1
Figured this out. Apparently my NFS mount was coming up after the emby-server started and emby-server did not like that. Chnaged a few things and now the mount is up first and emby is recording.
