Mossway 3
Hi all My video collection portrait images look fine. However, if I choose a film, and then scroll down to the More Like This section, the thumbnails (not all), for some reason, show a landscape thumbnail instead of the portrait image that is shown in the Main page? Also, some films in this section also exist even though I've removed them from the library in my File Browser. Maybe 2 issues or 1 I'm not sure I have tried to Refresh Meta and all Rescan Lib files but doesn't seem to help me Anything else I can try at all please? Many thanks Edited November 7, 2020 by Mossway
ebr 14949
Hi. Do those items have primary images that are portrait defined for them?
Mossway 3
It certainly has a file called poster which is portrait and displays properly in the main film selection page see image using Penguins of Madagascar as the example I'm getting lots of ones too in this section where films have been removed from the library which are just blank thumbnails as well. I don't know why they are there?
Solution ebr 14949 Posted November 7, 2020 Solution Share Posted November 7, 2020 Is it possible they are actually two different items? Like different libraries or a trailer or something. If you click on the one in the more like this, is the path shown at the bottom the same?
Mossway 3
Bingo... Thank you. The paths are indeed different so I think I can resolve this now. Appreciate that thank you If I'm still having issues I'll come back on to this thread. Have a great weekend
