Wenn ich nun VPN bei der NAS aktiviere, bekomme ich eine neue IP die ich auch beim Embyserver unter Übersicht sehen kann. Doch wenn ich dann den Server über die WAN adresse aufrufen möchte, funktioniert dieses nicht. Mach ich was falsch? Carlo 4330 Posted October 20, 2020 Share Posted October 20, 2020 Hi, Yes that's not going to work with a normal VPN because you have no control over any firewall settings the VPN provider has setup. No essentially no INBOUND connections are allowed. Emby can be used with some VPN services like this but you need to get a static port you can forward to Emby. Acc bei TorGuard erstellt und dem Support gesagt ich benötige eine feste ip in Singapur und einen port 2. Support hat diese für mich erstellt ( - einloggen, dann services , dann my fixed ip´s) dort steh nun die fixe ip mit dem port und dem Protokoll. 3. in der NAS mit openVPN , Benutzername, Passwort und IP einen tunnel erstellen 3. diese Ip mit Port und Protokoll z.B. Ip (103.131.xx.xx mit dem Port 1912 Protokoll UDP) in der Routereinstellung weiterleiten auf die interne IP mit dem Port 8096( internet ip alte Emby IP, interner port: 8096, externe ip 103.131.xx.xx, externer port 1912, Protokoll UDP) 4. auf noip.com einen acc erstellt, dort einen Hostname erstellt und auf die ip die mit TorGuard gegeben hat weitergeleitet, da diese ip fest ist sind keine weiteren einstellungen notwendig.
