Play music genre's - any tips? anyone have this working? (Amazon Echo)

I have tried various Genre names and different ways to play it.   It will play music but when invoking a task to play genre it says, sorry; I am having trouble accessing your emby skill right now. It will play a playlist.  But not an artist either.

Alexa, tell MB home to play music by artist Kid Rock.

- Sorry, I cannot find the artist kid rock. You can try specifying the media type. 

I am coming from Plex for the play Alexa play Genre support missing in plex that is in the Emby command documentations and have Emby premiere.

Was reading on how to send a support ticket.  Said to include server version.  4.4.3.0  .  Hoping this will reach someone in support as it feels like an "issue" versus a question.
